At customer´s request, BLINDEX S.A. can provide full integrated logistics services, including but not limited to :

Risk assessment

Vehicle procurement

In and out forwarding services

Freight and insurance to final destination

Maintenance, and spare parts supply.

 

MAINTENANCE &  AFTER SALES SERVICES

None of our clients is left to himself once his armored vehicle has been delivered. A complete after-sales and maintenance staff is ready to intervene, anytime, anywhere.

For minor repairs, BLINDEX S.A. will be sending a repair kit with appropriate instructions. During the period of warranty, labor charges, if any, will be fully reimbursed.

For major damages, BLINDEX S.A. will be sending the parts to be replaced and his own maintenance team. During the period of warranty, repair parts and workmanship are free. Airway tickets and lodging will be assured by BLINDEX S.A.

 

SPARE PARTS STOCKS

Blindex S.A. certify that a convenient stock of armoring spare parts and transparencies kits will be kept for the whole period of warranty and at least five ( 5 ) years after the delivery of the vehicles, in order to assure an immediate response to any repair needs.
